Velarum is in Phase-0: testnet / sandbox only, no mainnet. The milestones below track what is actually built; dated release notes start with the first public release.
Every PaymentIntent waits for a client-side signature from you or your team (Passkey / wallet) before anything moves — Velarum is never the approval gate and never signs on your behalf. Automation is strictly opt-in and only activates after you set all four HC-NC-5 thresholds yourself.
docs.velarumai.com is live without a login wall: a runnable testnet quickstart (you sign in your own wallet — Velarum never sees the key), the non-custodial concept docs, and an interactive REST reference rendered from the authoritative OpenAPI contract.
Sign up with an email, get a testnet API key, and build against the sandbox — no KYB, no credit card. Phase-0 is testnet only by design: any mainnet call is rejected. A mainnet transition is a separate Phase-1 decision (gated by ADR-NC-028) and is not available to apply for today.
