People, merchants, applications, and Agents can now use the real hosted service and the published Android app end to end. Accounts, email verification, Connect approval, Payment Requests, webhooks, local signing, broadcast, and history are real; only the value-bearing network is replaced by Stellar testnet.

Android users and business integrators may begin supported testnet workflows now. Mainnet settlement, commercial SLAs, and production merchant services are not offered.

What is live
Use the real workflow within testnet boundaries.
The Official Testnet runs the same user-control model intended for the product: a requester asks, the wallet shows authoritative facts, and the user approves and signs locally.
Integration contracts
Validate pairing, Payment Request creation, exact amount handling, expiry, idempotency, status, and events.
Operational clarity
Identify failures, unsupported capabilities, user support needs, and evidence required before a live decision.
What not to assume
Official Testnet is not mainnet.
Public availability does not turn test assets into money or expand capabilities beyond what the app and API explicitly label.
No blanket network or asset support
Only use combinations explicitly enabled and labeled in the exact wallet build being evaluated.
No production compliance conclusion
A non-custodial design is a product boundary, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review.
No recovery by the server
Loss of recovery material can mean loss of access. Cloud recovery is outside the current v1 boundary.
No merchant or agent signing authority
Pairing and connection tokens do not grant access to private keys or permission to sign for the user.
